  • Shipping rates are calculated in real-time using USPS and UPS live rates plugins. This ensures you receive the most accurate shipping costs at checkout.
  • Supported services include:
    • USPS Ground Advantage
    • USPS Priority Mail
    • UPS Ground

Shipping rates are determined based on the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout.


Order Processing Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of placement.
  • Carrier Delivery Times: Delivery estimates depend on the selected carrier and service type:
    • USPS Ground Advantage: Typically 2–5 business days.
    • USPS Priority Mail: Typically 1–3 business days.
    • UPS Ground: Typically 1–5 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping Locations

  • Domestic Shipping Only: We currently ship within the United States.
  • Exclusions:
    • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for items that are restricted by carriers.
    • Certain oversized or heavy items may not be eligible for shipping to remote locations.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number(s) for your shipment. Use this information to monitor your package’s progress and estimated delivery date.

Oversized and Heavy Items
