Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at IPrimesales.com. We value our customers and strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please review our refund and return policy below for more details.


Overview

At IPrimesales, we sell only new items, and returns or refunds are available under specific conditions as outlined below. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and restocking fees may apply for discretionary returns (e.g., buyer’s remorse). The conditions for eligible returns and applicable fees are outlined below.


Eligible Returns/Refunds:

  1. Defective Items: If your item is damaged or defective upon delivery, you are eligible for a return or replacement.
    • If a replacement is not available due to stock issues, we will issue a full refund.
  2. Wrong Item Shipped: If you received an incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct one at no additional cost.
    • If the correct item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.

Non-Eligible Returns/Refunds:

  • Change of Mind/Buyer’s Remorse: Returns for discretionary reasons (e.g., buyer’s remorse) are accepted but will incur a restocking fee (details below).
  • Items Returned After 7 Days: Returns requested after 7 days from the delivery date are not eligible.
  • Items Not in Original Condition: Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts will not be refunded or may incur additional restocking fees.

Restocking Fee Structure:

  1. Items Under $50: A $1 restocking fee per $10 of the item’s value will be charged for discretionary returns (e.g., buyer’s remorse).
    • Example: For an item priced at $30, the restocking fee will be $3.
  2. Items Over $50: A 10% restocking fee will be charged for items priced above $50.
    • Example: For an item priced at $75, the restocking fee will be $7.50.
  3. Opened or Used Items: For opened or used items, a restocking fee of up to 50% may be applied, depending on the item’s condition. If the item shows significant wear, we reserve the right to deny a refund if it is determined to be used beyond 50% of its original value.

Shipping Fees:

  • We offer flat-rate shipping for convenience. Please note that actual shipping rates are determined by the carrier based on package size, weight, and destination.
  • The flat-rate fee is designed to cover standard shipping costs. For larger or heavier items, additional shipping charges may apply.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs for discretionary returns.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged Item Reporting:

If your item is damaged during shipping, you must report it within 1-3 days of delivery. Please document the damage, provide photos, and keep the packaging intact for potential carrier inspection.


Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@iprimesales.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos if applicable. Do not send your item back without contacting us first. Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide return shipping details.


Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • If a replacement item is not available, a full refund will be issued.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@iprimesales.com.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or incorrectly shipped. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at support@iprimesales.com. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.
